Pink-Spiced Lassi

This lassi is perfect for using up that last bit of yoghurt or to cool down on a warm day. This easy drink is all about blending creamy yoghurt, milk, and our LECCA Pink Spice Mix, with just the right amount of sweetness. Feeling fancy? Chuck in a sprig of mint for that fresh finish. Top tip: freeze the yoghurt first or blend with ice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yoghurt of choice (freeze it first for extra frostiness)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Sweetener of choice, to taste (honey, sugar, or maple syrup—whatever you fancy)
  • 1 tablespoon LECCA Pink Spice Mix
  • A sprig of mint (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if yoghurt isn’t frozen)

Instructions:

  1. Blend it up: In a blender, throw in the yoghurt, milk, sweetener, LECCA Pink Spice Mix and a few mint leaves. Add ice cubes if your yoghurt isn’t frozen.
  2. Get it smooth: Blend until it’s smooth and creamy. Taste and tweak the sweetness if you need to.
  3. Serve: Pour your lassi into a glass, top with a mint sprig if you’re feeling it, and serve immediately.
