At LECCA, while we passionately develop our unique recipes, we rely on the expertise of Richard at the Dorset Spice Shed for sourcing, mixing, and packaging our beloved spice blends.

While our spice mixes are vegan and gluten-free, they are made in a facility that handles wheat, barley, celery, mustard, and sesame. We recommend checking the ingredient list for potential allergens and consulting with your healthcare provider if you have specific dietary concerns.

At LECCA, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, including sale items. For items purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the items, and we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for non-faulty items unless purchased online within the cancellation period. Please provide proof of purchase for any returns or refunds.

To maintain their freshness and flavour, store our spice mixes in a cool, dry place. For the best before end date, please see the base of the packaging. Keeping them sealed in airtight containers will help preserve their quality.

Currently, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to reach more international customers.
