Refund policy

Faulty Items

At LECCA, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, including sale items.

Non-Faulty Items

For items purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the items, and we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that all returned items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items unless they were purchased online within the cancellation period. Please provide proof of purchase for any returns or refunds.
